Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EATme website or subscribing to our meal delivery service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

EATme is a subscription meal delivery service operating across Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We provide freshly cooked meals based on your selected fitness goal and dietary preference.

Subscriptions are billed for the plan duration you select at checkout (for example, a 24-day cycle), not a fixed calendar month. The subscription cycle begins on the day your payment is verified and the subscription is activated, and ends on the last day of the period you paid for. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you again on our own. To continue, choose a plan again.

• Payment is currently accepted via UPI only.
• We may remind you on WhatsApp before your plan ends.
• If payment is not received within the grace period, deliveries will be paused until payment is confirmed.
• EATme does not store card details or initiate auto-debit without your explicit consent.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days unless a service failure on our part warrants one (see Refund Policy).

We endeavour to deliver within the stated time windows (see How It Works). In cases of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, civil disruption, vehicle breakdown), we will notify you via WhatsApp and either reschedule or credit your account.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery, or to provide a safe drop location. We are not liable for meals left unattended for more than 30 minutes after delivery.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. If you have a medically diagnosed food allergy or are under medical dietary supervision, please consult your doctor before subscribing.

EATme's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
